Recently there has been some concern over Titanium Dioxide in various materials. 

   After researching the matter it has become clear that the World Health Organization stand on this substance is based on processing of TiO2 in the powder form. The study was conducted with TiO2 in the powder form on lab rats, and was not intended to represent already processed TiO2 in products. 

   TiO2 currently is used in make up, toothpaste, and most sunblocks. 

   Any TiO2 used in any of the products provided by H.S.Crocker Co. Inc. is in the form of a substance that has been processed and does not represent any powder or dust problems.  

   The water based inks that are used in our printing process use a Rutile type of TiO2 which is non-chalking and presents no hazard to health.
