H. S. CROCKER SECURITY INFORMATION The H.S. Crocker, Huntley Specialties Division building is a secure facility with controlled access. All external doors are locked with entry controlled by key card. The office portion of our complex is locked with all areas that lead into the production facility being secured at the end of the business day, thereby denying access after hours. Only designated personnel have keys or security cards to open locked doors and a written list of these authorized personnel is kept. All of our personnel are trained, per our SOP 2.1, in controlling and limiting access to our facility at any time. Production personnel are not allowed at any time to have unauthorized visitors or to escort any non- employed persons into our facility and this arrangement is enforced by all department supervisors. Our hiring policy follows all Federal Guidelines for background screening and verification of all potential new hires. All contractors and or vendors are screened prior to entering into any agreement with H.S. Crocker. The entire facility is under video surveillance 24-7 with images being constantly recorded in DVD format for instant review, by date and time if necessary. The outside perimeter of the entire building is well lit from dusk till dawn. The Huntley plant which is a free standing building has the employee parking area fenced. All shipping and recieving doors are locked and vendors or truckers must press the speaker phone button for attendant access. All of the steps listed above ensure that H.S. Crockers security is more than sufficient to limit access to only authorized personnel.
